Join Melissa Vanden Heuvel, Els Schaefer and Jacine Harrington for an amazing weekend retreat in beautiful Haliburton Highlands, just 3 hours from Toronto. Your setting for the weekend is a gorgeous luxury cottage that is located on the beautiful and tranquil waters of Kennisis Lake . With us as your teachers you will learn and discover how to increase your energy and sense of well-being. You will have an opportunity to access inner guidance and knowledge, learn how to detox your body and become aware as to how conscious living can help create a happier more vibrant you. We designed this weekend to help connect you with your intuition and increase your energetic vibration. When you operate from a higher vibration you open doorways and attract what you desire. We will share our best tools and increase your awareness of high vibrational eating, thinking and being.

You will participate in body movement sessions, dance and yoga, that will activate the energy centres in your body allowing you to feel elevated and blissful. Take a meditative walk in nature or sip your coffee enjoying the fall splendour on the dock over looking the lake while reflecting on your day. Els will be guiding you through several workshops to help you connect with your intuition and your soul. You will learn how to clear the chatter in your mind, and understand how you love and live now. Through the workshop we will explore where you are now in relation to your family, money, relationships, your heart and spirit. She will help you decipher what you wish to change and steps to help you make those changes in order to get into alignment with who you know you are deep inside, getting you to that place where magic happens. Jacine will be leading you through meditation and yoga sessions, helping you tune in to a deeper place of listening and receptivity, working the balance between strengthening and flexibility, opening in new ways of releasing and challenging not only your physical body, but the mental and emotional body as well. In her yoga class, Jacine will be using the postures and the language of the chakras as a means to tune in to your body in a very different and deeper way. Melissa will be our chef for the weekend. All the food served will be freshly prepared with natural and organic ingredients. This will be a vegetarian weekend, with some raw foods introduced. She will be sharing and demonstrating how to prepare foods that are simple and easy to create and how to use food to increase your energy and vibration. She will also be doing a workshop on how living consciously increases your ability to connect with Self and increase your sense of well-being.
